Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
At The Perfumatory, we take great care in packing and shipping your orders. All purchases are generally non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Returns & Replacements
We only accept claims in the following cases:

You receive the wrong product.

An item is missing from your order.

The product arrives damaged.
If your package appears totally damaged at the time of delivery, please either refuse the delivery or mention the issue to the delivery partner while accepting it.
Please note we do not have COD, there's no cash involvement. All our payments are online. Please beware of scams and fake RTOs
To report a damaged, missing, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 day of delivery and share:

Clear photos of the package and product.

An unboxing video showing the package being opened and the contents inside.
Claims submitted without sufficient proof may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–15 business days after verification of the claim.
If a return of the product is required for inspection, the refund will be processed only after the item is received and verified by our team.
Order Cancellation
All orders are final, they cannot be cancelled once placed.
Important Notes

Damage caused after delivery, misuse, improper storage, or normal wear and tear is not covered under this policy.

Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

The Perfumatory reserves the right to review and verify all claims before approving a replacement or refund.
